As a veteran of ten startups and small businesses as a founder or early employee (hacker, marketer, CEO), and as a consultant and advisor, I've brought hundreds of products and services to market over nearly 30 years.
Now a full-time executive coach (mostly to venture-backed tech startup CEOs), I help high-performing leaders to be happier and more successful in all aspects of their work and life, continuing to learn and grow while they build outstanding products, teams and businesses.
My calendar is full with regularly scheduled coaching appointments. I've set aside two times for Clarity calls first come first serve, so first please try: Tuesdays 11am, or Thursdays 1pm (Pacific).
Common topics include: clarifying vision, building and leading an exec team, finding your voice as a leader, delivering effective feedback, having difficult conversations, transparency, making challenging decisions, feeling overwhelmed, managing fear and doubt, hiring and firing, raising money, creating accountability, setting & tracking goals, creating habits that reinforce company values, what to do when your founding role (or company) doesn't still feel exciting, and what's next after a failure or exit.
I am certified by CTI (CPCC and Leadership), a PCC credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation, a Founding Fellow of the Institute for Coaching, and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. I co-founded the Startup Coaches Summit, and I am a mentor to the Mobile Monday Momentum Accelerator.
