Ask any phlebotomist, and they'll tell you that start-ups flow inside Jay's veins. Indeed, as a fellow Rutgers student and friend, I can attest to one of Jay's earliest participation in entrepreneurial projects - Uconnections, which was a pre-Facebook era website that dealt with connecting college students and businesses - and the hustle he put into it while still carrying a full load of classes and an active social life.

Jay "Entrepreneur" Levy is the full vision of the young professional going for the gusto - in fact at one point he wanted to try out for Apprentice which is exactly what he should have done (and should still do). A very talented individual which a lot of business knowledge in his minimal years into his career. Jay is an asset on your team for the direct role he has accountability for, but also for the other needs, knowledge, know how to make the department / division / organization run. And best of all, he knows when to focus on the need at hand vs. all of the other things he knows he can help with - that is a classic case of analysis paralysis if you let it set in. Jay obtains a "True View" into the future and can strategically plan out a project, marketing campaign, web portfolio, etc.
