Carlo is a consummate, experienced business professional. What I find unique about this fine Gentleman, is his empathetic and human-being-centric approach, applied to business coaching.

I was seeking advice on the layout of a presentation document, but with A SINGLE QUESTION, Carlo pointed me to the real issue: "You need to understand your audiences' listening first; then design the appropriate document".
