Kyla is great. She communicates clearly and she fixed my problems. I had a couple of nagging computer issues. Little things I did not know how to do, I had a list of eight or nine specific things I wanted to change/fix/improve.
Kyla zipped me right through them and now they do not trouble me any more. One example, I had autofill options that I did not want to show up. I accidentally added my password before I hit return one time, and so autofill always displayed my username and password as one option. Kyla taught me how to fix this!
She knows these little tricks and fixes and the big ones as well. Since she works so quickly, you cover a lot of ground in an hour. That makes her very cost effective.
