With a firm understanding of how the power of words can influence social change, I have worked as the Coordinator for the Sexual Assault Network of Ottawa, and as a Women’s Rights Campaigner for Oxfam Canada. I currently sit as Chair of the Public Engagement Committee of the Ottawa Coalition to End Violence Against Women, an organization working to bring an end to gender-based violence in Ottawa. Always ready for a debate about politics, food, or pop culture, I'm a great resource to consult about incorporating gender violence policies into the workplace, applying a gender lens to projects, or a great public speaker about preventing dating violence or other gender-based violence.
