About Caio Infante
Elected for five consecutive years as one of the most influential HR professionals in the market, Caio Infante holds a degree in Advertising and Marketing from ESPM and an MBA in International Management from the University of Technology in Sydney, Australia.
With a professional career developed in the Business area in advertising agencies in Brazil and abroad, he also worked at Trabalhando.com as Commercial and Marketing Director, eventually becoming Country Manager of the operation.
Since the beginning of 2017, Caio has been at Radancy, where his knowledge of candidate and employee experience has grown exponentially. Today, he holds the position of regional vice-president of the agency, maintaining contact with some of the biggest names in the world in the field, being the first HR professional in the country to speak at an event in China in 2025.
Caio Infante is also one of the co-founders of EBB, the largest HR community in the country, with more than 45,000 followers on social media.
He is also an investor in technology startups for Human Resources.
