SHADOW is innovating the mobile app alarm clock for a Community of Dreamers on iOS, ANDROID & WINDOWS. Featured in WIRED, ABC NEWS, FAST COMPANY, TECHCRUNCH, FORBES, BUSINESS INSIDER.
In January 2013 he was a recipient of Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40 Award for 2012. In addition, he was Co-Founder / President/CEO of MarilynJean.com.

Although born an entrepreneur, Jason Leo Carvalho at his core is a Digital Marketer focused on building scalable digital marketing strategies (that includes owned, paid and earned media). Focusing on in-depth analytics & managing / working with cross-functional teams & external resources, he has developed & executed campaigns that drive tremendous new user acquisition growth while increasing AOV & LTV of existing customer bases. Managed digital advertising efforts include pay-per-click, display, affiliate, eMail, SEO & organic search campaigns.
Between 2009-2011, Jason was hired as the 1st Employee of venture capital backed online men's custom clothier Indochino Apparel Inc "Indochino.com". He was responsible for all Digital Marketing & PR channels. He built the brand from $500,000 USD a year to $10M+ USD in less than 2 yrs with a very limited budget.
During 2008, he was the co-founder & VP of online lending company, Fortuno Lending Ltd. which was later acquired by a privately-held lending firm out of Australia in early 2009.
2003-2007 was the "Golden Era" of Digital Marketing & Jason started his career battling Google's 1st search algorithm "PageRank" as 1st Employee to the award winning software security firm Paretologic.com ($1M in 2004 to $40M in 2007).
During his career he has worn affiliate, biz dev, pr, affiliate network & agency hats. Having been the first employee of 2 hyper-growth Canadian consumer web startups ( Paretologic.com $1M in 2004 to $72M Rev in 201], & VC backed Indochino.com) he has a unique insight into "growth hacking."
In his spare time, he is passionate about developing the field of Social Entrepreneurship through his not-for-profit www.csef.ca, volunteering for the Forum For Women Entrepreneurs www.fwe.ca, & judging business plan competitions (Stanford Bases, World Bank's Development Marketplace).
