I have a lot of experience running a large customer service teams, including a 100% remote team. Previously I've grown a team from 15 people to 65+ team members all remote from around the world supporting 50k+ customers. We even built our own customer support desk given what a large part of our business customer service was, and our desire to make the experience truely amazing. Plenty of experience at other companies as well, and been heavily connected to this industry for 12+ years.

I was in a 50/50 business partnership with one of my best friends for 10+ years that ultimately went bad. I have a lot of experience and thoughts on what we could have done to improve it prior to getting to that point, as well as what we did to work on it near the end. This is something I am very passionate about as I do not anyone to go through what I went through.
