I've been doing remote teams and companies since 1999. The largest company I ever ran was ~130 people spread out over 18+ countries. This included teams doing software development, customer service, and dev ops. A lot of experience in hiring, remote management, and remote communications.

Going fully remote is hard. It is a different environment than an office.
