A highly driven leader and entrepreneur, with over 15 years experience in the technology space - a large part of that online games. I have a track record for building, leading and managing significant functions and teams.
I co-founded an ecommerce company and grew it to $1.2M annual revenue. I was also instrumental in growing RuneScape into the world’s largest free-to-play MMORPG and helping to build Jagex into a 500 person company.
Some of my experience includes: rapid growth and turnaround situations; product and operational teams; early startups and established, mid size companies; private and VC backed (early and late stage) companies; hiring at all levels; significant P&Ls / budgets ($75M +).
At heart, I’m a problem solver. I’m good at being able to see how things should fit together, are going wrong and can work better.
