A highly driven leader and entrepreneur, with over 15 years experience in the technology space - a large part of that online games. I have a track record for building, leading and managing significant functions and teams.
I co-founded an ecommerce company and grew it to $1.2M annual revenue. I was also instrumental in growing RuneScape into the world’s largest free-to-play MMORPG and helping to build Jagex into a 500 person company.

I was given a lot of responsibility, early on in my career and was quickly throw into managing large scale change for big groups of people (development and operational teams). Some of these includes: - moving support teams from 9-5 to 24 x 7 support - team restructures - key people changes - controversial changes in direction and strategy - shutting down parts of the businesses and making people redundant - changing or implementing processes - implementing and changing bonus programs Change needs to be treated delicately. It should be seen as a project, often with several phases. Timelines, project plans, stakeholder groups, accountability and regular reviews need to be considered. A badly managed change can be very costly. It can ultimately lead to grinding to a halt and losing great people. I can help you minimize the risk of this.Daniel Clough Cambridge, EnglandNew Arrival

But once you get in the right flow, you’ll find yourself achieving lots, with less effort than before and feeling a lot more at ease. I’ve been studying and experimenting what it takes to be personally productive in both work and life for as long as I can remember. I’ve read hundreds of books and tried many things, and have settled on what works. Often it takes ruthless prioritisation and focus to be personally productive. It requires a commitment to certain habits, routines and rituals which help you focus and manage your time better. Whatever it is you’re trying to be better at, I can help you get more done, better and faster.Daniel Clough Cambridge, EnglandNew Arrival
