Natalia was a real HR generalist and a very good one. I met her through my first interview by Philips and ever since she was the person to turn to for any kind of support any of us working in the company might need. She would always go out her way to help you regardless your position and regardless the fact that she had all her days more than full already with her primer HR responsibilities. She proved herself not only hardworking but very creative as she developed and introduced new systems that allowed HR to respond faster and more efficiently to managers’ and employees’ inquires. Natalia was missed badly when she moved on with her career. I’m sure she has been getting ever stronger as a professional since then.

I've known Natalia for many years now (10+ years) and I've learned to appreciate her skills, her passion for business & people development and broad understanding of the whole development arena.
