With a passion to "Make B2B Sexy", I feed my strategic and creative vices by leading a team of incredibly innovative strategists and creatives to deliver marketing programs that leapfrog our clients ahead of competition by leaps and bounds.
As an accidental entrepreneur, I have thrown myself into the most uncomfortable of situations, failed miserably, lucked out beyond belief and learned more than I ever imagined.
I have learned that the right people to surround you is significantly more important than the volume of people around you.
I have learned that while great ideas are great, the execution of great ideas in a great way is how success is made.
I am fortunate that over 80 B2B technology clients have entrusted my company to help guide them to new ways of thinking, new customers, new markets and in many cases, successful acquisitions.
This success is not only felt inside the walls of Market Creation Group, but through the large volume of awards and accolades we've achieved. (over 18 awards through BMA, AMA, Denver Business Journal). Key awards are: BMA Gold Key BEST OF SHOW award, 10 gold awards, 4 AMA Gold/Silver awards; Fastest Growing Private Company (#1 & #2, respectively, 2009, 2010); DBJ Forty under 40.
I started my B2B passion at AT&T, 1996. After a several years of record-breaking numbers for selling web services, I headed to the mother ship of AT&T, running the mid-market segments.
I was bitten by the Start-up bug and joined Internet Security Systems (acquired by IBM) as a Product Manager in 1999.
After significant growth at ISS (grew to 1200 people), I landed at Q1 Labs (Acquired by IBM), as the 3rd employee.
Later, the opportunity to move to the greatest state on the planet presented itself and I landed an incredible job as VP Marketing & Product at Vericept (acquired by Trustwave) in Denver, Colorado.
Lastly, on to MCG!
I am a devoted father to my son, Ari, love cycling and skiing and meeting all types of new people.
