I'm Felipe Saraiva, a young dreamer with the ambition to change the world through user experience (UX) design.
I started my professional journey at the age of 13, working in a family business in the Decoration business, where I had my first contact with the world of business and sales in the B2C model. This initial experience sparked my curiosity and desire to learn more about the transformative potential of technology.
At the age of 18, I entered college in the IT area and since then my passion for the area has only grown. I realized that user experience design was the key to creating innovative solutions that really impact people's lives. Motivated by this passion, I decided to focus my career on UX.
Currently, aged 23, I work as a Senior UX Analyst at Capgemini, where I have the opportunity to apply my knowledge to challenging projects and collaborate with talented teams. My path up to this point has provided me with a solid base in specialized sales in the IT market, thanks to my experience at Startup TotalCross, where I worked with B2B sales for companies from different sectors, using the Spin Selling methodology.
In addition, I also acquired project management skills and worked as a UX Designer, constantly seeking to improve my performance and stand out as a professional. This diversity of experiences has allowed me to develop a holistic view and a deep understanding of user needs and the challenges facing businesses.
I am committed to creating innovative and user-centered solutions, always seeking to exceed expectations and deliver excellent results. In addition to my work, I am a technology enthusiast and, in my leisure time, I like to explore new trends and stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of design and technology.
