This was the topic of my PhD research. The empirical study characterised and analysed the implementation of a set of 35 persuasive principles (design strategies based on human behavioural impulses) in 160 interfaces of websites and mobile apps — Airbnb, Amazon, Apple, Booking.com, eBay, Farfetch, Gearbest and Nike —, and assessed differences arising from technological and consumer behavioural idiosyncrasies.

How to identify and validate user needs and market opportunities, run scoping workshops, perform market and user research, extract insights and hypotheses to develop solutions, build a roadmap and a sound product startegy, develop wireframes, mockups and prototypes, cross-pair development, test with users, measure the outcomes, etc.
