Operations, leadership, and training professional with nearly 20 years of experience in demanding, standards-driven environments. I help leaders, managers, and professionals solve practical problems involving team performance, training, prioritization, workflow, delegation, operational readiness, and performance under pressure.
I spent 10 years in high-volume restaurant operations, progressing from an entry-level position into management. As a manager, I was responsible for staffing, scheduling, labor productivity, perishable inventory, service standards, employee development, training, and maintaining operational performance during unpredictable periods of extreme demand.
I also developed structured employee-training and advancement plans designed around a principle I continue to emphasize today: qualification and proficiency are not always the same thing. Effective training should produce people who can reliably perform when conditions become difficult—not simply people who have completed training.
For nearly the past decade, I have worked in public safety across correctional and courtroom environments. That experience further developed my ability to assess rapidly changing situations, establish priorities, coordinate people and resources, manage competing demands, communicate clearly, resolve conflict, and remain composed under pressure.
Across both careers, I have developed a particular strength in making sense of situations with many moving parts—identifying what matters most, determining what can wait, positioning people and resources effectively, maintaining standards, and developing practical courses of action.
