Jean-Luc is co-founder and Managing Partner of In Excelsis, a France-based training company known for enabling organizations to achieve new levels of productivity and performance. He experienced the power of OKRs in 2019 and decided to take on the challenge of supporting OKRs in French-speaking regions.
After connecting with Ben in 2020, Jean-Luc translated Ben’s OKRs training materials into French. He was exposed to the Getting Things Done® (GTD) methodology in 2007 which helps individuals and teams improve efficiency by managing their workflow and attention, while relieving cognitive load and allowing for increased engagement and execution. A systemic executive coach and frequent conference speaker, Jean-Luc coaches senior leaders and leads OKRs and GTD seminars to achieve purposeful performance. His clients include work with organizations such as Airbus, Hermes, Michelin, Orange Business Service, Lagardère Travel Retail, Arkema, Atos, Air Liquide, BNP Paribas, Samsung, Grohe, etc.
Jean-Luc completed his Ph.D. in Information Science in France and was Visiting Scholar at Carnegie Mellon University. He is still full Professor at the Grenoble Institute of Technology.
