She writes a business and entrepreneurship blog about communication, productivity and empowering brilliance. And she is currently working on her first business book, Brilliance – how extraordinary individuals change the status quo, in which you learn to empower brilliance through entrepreneurship.
Therése is often invited as a keynote speaker to be part of entrepreneurial events, conferences and competitions. As an experienced motivational speaker, facilitator and panelist, she energizes Swedish and English speaking audiences in areas comprising entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship, productivity and performance.

Using proven methods and real-life cases, her techniques lead to teams and individuals regaining focus and building momentum towards their goals, by aligning their strengths, talents and passions to achieve great results. Having founded her first management consultancy in 2002, she has successfully worked with a wide variety of clients and industries across numerous European and North American markets. Whether at an operational or strategic level, she has been the catalyst for individuals and teams to create an impact with projects spanning business strategy, leadership, communication, skill development and marketing. She is currently a jury member of Venture Cup (Sweden’s largest business plan competition), a board member at Silicon Vikings as well as a strategic advisor for several start-ups and fast-growing firms.
Therése holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics, specializing in marketing, from the Stockholm School of Economics. When she isn’t on stage, in the board room and mentoring talents, she is passionate about fitness and motivating others as a fitness instructor.
