I am a philosopher, systems thinker, and founder of Hakimian Institute, where I develop and apply a unified philosophy of being, consciousness, and systems.
My work begins from first principles. I help founders, leaders, researchers, and organisations uncover the deeper structures underlying complex problems: the assumptions shaping their thinking, the relationships connecting different parts of a system, and the unifying principles capable of giving direction to the whole.
My approach brings together ontology, philosophy, mathematics, logic, consciousness studies, and systems thinking. Rather than offering conventional management advice, I work at the level of foundations: clarifying concepts, restructuring problems, revealing hidden connections, and translating philosophical insight into practical strategy, organisational design, education, research, and personal development.
I am the author of The Oneness of Being, a three-volume work proposing a unified theory of being, consciousness, knowledge, language, mathematics, and civilisation. This philosophy provides the foundation for Hakimian consultancy and for my wider research into consciousness, artificial intelligence, education, psychology, and complex systems.
My academic background includes mathematics at the University of Oxford and advanced study in philosophy, theology, language, and consciousness at a Cambridge seminary. I have worked for numerous years in consultancy. I have worked as a consultant, teacher, and mentor, helping founders, leaders, researchers, and ambitious individuals develop first-principles understanding, solve complex problems, and cultivate deeper clarity of thought.
Through Hakimian, I now work with individuals and organisations seeking not merely incremental improvement, but a deeper transformation in how they understand, organise, and create.
