As an expert on innovation and change, I have coached leaders in the for-profit, non-profit, higher education, and government sectors for more than 25 years.
With prior experience as an attorney, university professor, and marketing strategist, I focus on developing leaders who can create agile, visionary, people-centered organizations.
I am a developer of the Whole-Scale® approach to system change. I have co-authored a number of books on leadership, innovation and change. I hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan Law School and serve as a guest lecturer on organization change at several universities.
