At Sales Integrity we help sales professionals, leaders and organizations increase sales and earn more money. We help our customers build, develop and lead their sales organizations and specifically work with companies who have complex, consultative B2B sales cycles.

Throughout my career I have enjoyed working with startup (emerging-growth) and mid-market high tech companies to help them scale to get to the next level of company growth. My primary areas of expertise include building and improving sales organizations, sales processes, sales teams and individual selling effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
I have created leverage-able sales models, sales processes, and a sales methodology to aid me in the process of helping my clients achieve tangible business benefits and quantifiable sales growth results.

I regularly volunteer my time to provide leadership to purpose-driven, niche-focused associations. I am the past-President and former Chairman of the Board of the Dallas affiliate of Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI), the world's largest association of sales and marketing management professionals. I am also the Co-founder of the IT Roundtable association and sit on the DFW IT Roundtable board as Vice-Chairman in Dallas and serve in an advisory role to the other national IT Roundtables.
I am currently writing a book titled "Prospecting On Purpose", due to be published in the Fall of 2017, and created a training program by the same name to help individuals incorporate a well-balanced, consistent and systematic approach to building sales pipeline. The central theme for the program is teaching specific tactics around what I label as the "4 Cornerstones of Lead Generation", which entails: 1) Strategic Networking; 2) Social Selling; 3) Systematic Sales Messaging; and 4) Referral Selling.
