I’m the founder of Haderak, a consulting company providing recruiting (IC through C-suite), talent advisory, and ATS implementation services. In my spare time, I spent the previous six years pursuing a semi-professional running career with the goal of qualifying for the 2024 US Olympic Marathon Trials.
Previously, I founded PopShop, a Bay Area-founded search firm providing startups backed by top VCs like First Round Capital, Kleiner Perkins, and Lightspeed Ventures. I have experience recruiting in agency, RPO, and in-house environments at companies like Braze and LiveIntent.
