Helped a company recover from losing over 60% of annual revenue due to industry shift in the supply chain. Pivoted to value added strategy to reposition the company to close the gap and grow profitably year over year for the next 10 years.
Saved a business which was losing over $3 million a year for 5 years in a row. Restructured commercial team to reverse losses and close the gap. Executed strategy to grow top line on average 50% year over year for 4 years and 35% year over year growth to the bottom line.
Collaborated with a partner that was realizing less than 10% close rate on new projects. The best rate the company ever achieved was 15%. Executed plan to achieve close rate of greater than 90%. The company actually achieved 94% and realized a 400% increase in revenue from new projects.
