2005-2007. Program Director / Associate Professor, University of Maryland University College, Graduate School of Management & Technology. Directed curriculum development, adjunct professor hiring, and all issues for a Project Management degree track and professional certificate, and electives. Grew program from about 125 to over 650 enrollments. Taught Project Management.
1996--2005. MBA and Executive MBA Program Coordinator (1998-2000.) Tenured Associate Professor of Business Administration, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Fl. WORK EXPERIENCE -- AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
1989--1990. Resident Matériel Manager, Lockheed Corporation, Cincinnati, Ohio. Served as Lockheed's program management and engineering liaison at General Electric Aircraft Engines in Cincinnati, supporting maritime patrol aircraft engine development. Coordinated inter-corporation nacelle engineering development in Cincinnati OH, Burbank CA, Lynn MA, and Marietta GA.
1986--1987. Service Engineer, General Electric Company, Cincinnati, Ohio. Coordinated resolution of 500 logistics and support engineering problems during the early stages of fielding a new fleet of F-16 aircraft engines. Coordinated the development of maintenance and repair activities at the Air Force jet engine maintenance depot and logistics center in Oklahoma City, OK.
1982--1986. Logistic Support Analysis Program Manager, Texas Instruments, Inc., Dallas, TX. Performed Logistics Engineering and Management tasks on defense electronics programs, including Logistic Support Analysis, Life Cycle Cost Analysis, Transportation and Storage Planning, and Technical Writing. Division earned the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
WORK EXPERIENCE -- MILITARY
1977--1982. Aircraft/Munitions Maintenance Officer. Supervised Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) activities at MacDill AFB, FL. Over 22,000 hazardous devices rendered safe for disposal in support of F-16 Falcon and F-4 Phantom aircraft operations. Supervised F-15 Eagle and F-4 aircraft maintenance at Luke AFB, AZ. Participated in the initial fielding and development of maintenance procedures for F-15s.

My 1996 dissertation was ahead of its time. My study addressed the relationships among cognitive legitimacy, technical performance, and cost/price characteristics of battery technology in the emerging electric vehicle industry.
