I have worked 7 years at CERN and since 2014 at the World Health Organization leading IT projects and distributed teams for developing innovative solutions for cloud services, web pages and services and infrastructure.
Most of these projects were innovative as they required the development of new ways of using the current technologies to apply them to new fields.
I introduced also Agile methodologies in my projects, improving team's performance by more than 70%!
