Zohair Allibhoy is a certified trainer & consultant by multiple institutions, the last of which being International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank. He has been a consultant, facilitator and trainer with firms like the Learning Minds Group, Torque Corp, Trainers’ Resource Group & The Indus Entrepreneurs.
Starting his career as a public speaking coach with Hyde Park Juniors – A CSR initiative by TCS in 2008 and as a trainer with British Council Connecting Classrooms Project in 2009, Zohair has contributed to platforms like Charter of Compassion as a training curriculum consultant, Education and Literacy Department of Sindh, ICAP and Akhuwat among many others. He frequently assists various organizations in program design and delivery for various organizational and leadership development interventions. This is what got Zohair the recognition to supervise the program quality of Azme Naujawan – A community social entrepreneurship initiative by 8 – civic action organizations of Pakistan in 2017, and eventually be nominated as the Program Lead in 2019. During these endeavors Zohair has worked directly with FESF and Mehrdar Art & Production, while also working with WDFP, Taqweem-e-Pakistan, SIE, ECI, PYA, Rose Education Society and DAI.
Zohair’s unique experiences include having found the Junior’s Leaders’ Conference for School of Leadership in 2009, over 200 interventions with the Aga Khan Development Network from 2009-2016, and being recognized as the General Body Member on the Board of Directors of Kiran Foundation from 2017-present. His aspiration to inspire took him to TEDx Ravi 2010 where he was the youngest speaker.
An extensive Opposite of his direct colleagues & mentors, Zohair, drops most of the dull, boring classroom style, lecture driven trainings and has a definite sense of fun. His ability to blend entertainment and content translates into messages that are informative, engaging, and practical. Because of his professional connection with organizations and his unwavering devotion to understanding and meeting their specific needs, Zohair facilitates focused programs that consistently result in repeated engagements.
Zohair is highly regarded as an engaging and passionate facilitator. He approaches every new pursuit with a childlike amount of excitement and glee. He is the most outwardly human from all of his companions and competitors which helps his participants open up and express themselves.
Starting out at a very young age, Zohair now brings over a decade of training, consulting and facilitation exposure and experience with various youth forums, development sector and corporate platforms, Zohair masters the art of connecting to diverse groups. He specializes in the domains of soft skills & personal effectiveness, customer services & sales, project development & management, idea development and organizational development.
