educational needs for the school’s Special Education Department including: Student Scheduling, Staff Scheduling,
Preformed all school related CSE functions, Staff Training and Development, Billing with both the City of Buffalo
and NYS, Facilitated school transition from Consultant Teaching model to a Co-Integrated Model and Served as
the SSD coordinator for The College Board (While serving in this capacity for two years I also taught a full course
load as a co-integrated teacher with the Social Studies Department.)
• Nationwide federal disaster customer service center team leader/ Night Supervisor: Supported a team of
fifteen federal customer service representatives to ensure the proper delivery of the U.S. Small Business
Administration’s Office of Disaster Assistant assistance. Oversaw nationwide call tabulation and its data
compilation for administration headquarters in Washington, DC.
• Supported & oversaw school districts financial systems: Utilized knowledge of Fund Accounting principles to
assist component school district personnel with their financial system’s operations.
