No-nonsense, actionable feedback on how to approach our target market! Helped us avoid a blunder that will hurt our business in the long run.

Source: Clarity Michael Higgins Apr 14, 2016Max's drive and focus is second to none. He has a creative ability to take something simple and fun, and give it a greater purpose. He is effective, efficient, and productive. Working with him has is always a pleasure, like working with an old friend with the perfect balance of professionalism and humor.
Source: LinkedIn Holly McNamara Nov 11, 2013Max is an amazing relationship manager. His ability to connect with awesome people and to convince them of working with him really made our jaws drop at the office. On a weekly basis he would come up with a list of 10+ interesting celebrities that were dying to work with us because of Max.
He creates deep relationships with people who you'd never think you could have a deep relationship with, and makes them fall in love with him. I was able to sit in a few meetings where he was trying to convince someone to work with Udemy, and his formula and execution is stellar: he'll first become friends with you so that he'll gain your trust, and then he'll convey his message in a way that is so passionate and involved that it doesn't seem like he's doing a sell at all.
Source: LinkedIn Pedro Sanchez de Lozada Nov 11, 2013Max and I were co-founders for the company Rack N Ride. I was extremely fortunate to have a great partner who was all hustle, and did whatever it took to get the job done. In particular I admire his willingness to approach projects with no hesitation, but with the highest of expectations, and always provided a supportive and creative perspective on things. He definitely earned my trust and respect, and I would be happy to work with him again.
Source: LinkedIn Victor J. Torres Nov 11, 2013Of the hundreds of co-founders I've worked with over the past few years, Max was without question in the top ten percent of those displaying superior levels of professionalism, keen business development insight and integrity. Moreover, he was a personable guy with a great attitude and therefore particularly well poised to grow networks; whether his own or one of a company who may employ him.
