He’s professional, dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and great to be around. One of Gil’s special skills is understanding company cultures and how individuals fit into a given environment; he doesn’t try to shoehorn people into a place or position just because there’s a need. He understands the big picture when it comes to filling a position. He’s a great communicator and his calm demeanor removes the stress that can often accompany finding the right person. He truly enjoys and understands the technical aspects of the positions he fills and has keen understanding of on-boarding nuances and how they can impact several groups across a company. His expertise would be a gain for any company.
