I know Alexander since the time when I worked at the US Commercial Service (US DOC) in early 2k's. We had interacted on several project finance and trade finance deals, which involved export of goods and services from the USA to Russia. Alexander impressed me as a goal oriented and experienced professional who was effectively building communication bridges between Russian and U.S. government officials, between financial institutions, U.S. manufacturers and Russian importers.
