I started my career as a recruiter where I negotiated for, and coached, hundreds of professionals in a variety of industries through their careers and during job placements. Now I work as a procurement manager and lead high-stakes enterprise negotiations for the world's largest healthcare company. My experience negotiating at these different scales has allowed me to test different techniques and also build customer approaches to managing career decisions and discussions.
