I've worked in the specialty coffee industry for 24 years. I started as a barista/coffee maker and manager for the Starbucks Corporation for five years and then went on to open my own locations. I opened Aroma di Roma, an Italian caffe in 2003 in Long Beach, California. In 2015 I opened my second location in Long Beach and in 2018 I opened my third location, Caffe della Valle in Napa Valley CA. Along the way I have consulted and helped open a handful of coffee shops and restaurants. I have an excellent grasp of operations and management procedures and am known for exceeding customer expectations for outstanding service and high product quality.
