As seen on Food Network, Sarah Hummell is the Owner of SiP Bistro in Holly Springs, NC. Sarah has devoted her life to mastering wine, coffee, and cafe culture. She is a graduate of Niagara University for Hotel Restaurant Management, and has traveled internationally studying hospitality. She received her first wine science certification at age 19, while studying in Engelberg, Switzerland at Schiller International University. She recently received her Sommelier Level 1 from the Court of Master Sommeliers, and is Certified Hospitality Beverage Specialist through the Society of Wine Educators. Sarah is also a published writer. Her work has been featured in publications from Chicken Soup for the Soul to Fresh Cup Magazine. Some of her articles have even been translated into spanish for a coffee text book at Milc Bar, a Coffee School in Venezuela.
