MenuI own [word1]and[word2].com as well as [word1][word2].com. Which should I use for my main domain?
The brand has the word and in it like Frank & Oak. I feel it's easier and better to have a shorter domain.

Is hard to tell just like that. You can do some research online. Look up what searchers are currently entering into their queries, what does google give as possible search options... Do people search more as a conversation word1 and word2 ? Or without the and?
For online sharing purposes you might want a shorter domain but that shouldn't stop you from going with the longer one because you can get "shortlinks" created for Twitter and such, also length is not an issue if you share clickable links that don't have to be retyped by your potential visitor.
Your domain had to be SEO friendly... But also not an issue at the beginning, regardless of domain you will have to do a lot of SEO and marketing work to build relevance online so Google shows you in queries that don't include your direct domain name...
My suggestion: If your product or brand will be mentioned out loud or read a lot to include the AND then include that in your domain..
It's usually better to go with the shorter version if possible, for the sake of making it easy for people to type in. However, if it's a branding issue then the longer one. If people know you as "frank and oak" then that's better to go with frankandoak.com verses frankoak.com. If the second redirects to the first, you win no matter what.
Don't use a domain with "and" in it
It is considered a noise word from an SEO vantage point.
It adds nothing to the domain from a branding point of view.
Barnes & Noble uses BarnesAndNoble.com. But they also forward BarnesNoble.com (without the "and") to their website. Beyond that, they ALSO own Books.com / Book.com and forward that pair to the full brand name: BarnesAndNoble.com.
There may be cases when shaving off the "and" is justifiable. But it's dangerous to give specific advice when we've been given no specifics!
I'm lost. Should I go North or South? Well, that depends where you are and where you're trying to go.
Depends on the words. Rolls Royce fit together nicely. Johnson and Johnson need the and. How customers, clients and management say it on the phone and in public is far more important than SEO comments below since that can always be fixed
According to research from Domain Name Stat, 43% of all domains have the “.com” extension. While there are many successful websites with a “.net” and “.org”, your website will probably do better if it has a “.com” extension. If these are taken too, you would be better off brainstorming a new domain name. Creative and brandable are always better than generic. A brandable domain name is unique and stands out from the competition, while a generic domain name is usually stuffed with keywords and unmemorable. These are horribly generic. When people hear those domain names, there is a trust factor there. In general, when it comes to the length of your domain, shorter is better. Easy to pronounce. Your domain name should be smooth and punchy – hyphens and numbers get in the way of that.

How important is it to have a .com domain when starting up a business?
It's far less important than it used to be, because so many social media businesses are much more reliant on their apps than their desktop websites these days. Instagram launched (and grew fast) with the domain instagr.am, for instance.CM

My business offers two different types of services. Should I combine them in one webpage, or create two?
Two key concerns are 1. Customer confusion with the 2 offerings: Imagine being in an art gallery that sells photography training and fine art or a book store that tries to sell you fine art. Even if it's the same group of people, they may be in very different mind-sets and hence may not associate both together. 2. SEO challenges with mixed messages you're sending. Which keywords would you optimize for which part of the site? Advantage would be if the customer base is the same group of people, hence offering cross-sell opportunities. For instance, if your MAIN source of leads for the training site is the art site, then this would be more important. In general, I would suggest one site for one customer group. If there is likely to be a very high overlap, then same site, with multiple sub-sites might work. In matter of fact, it'll probably be EASIER to do two sites for this than one site. Your designer will thank you :) Then tastefully add cross-links in the places where someone is likely to use them. For instance the art gallery could have a post 'How I make art' and links to your other business there. And the photog training site would have your art pics with subtle on-image links to your art biz. While I'm not a branding expert, I do find that my engineering lead approach to challenges in Marketing/Sales usually works, and provides clarity and direction.PK

How can I convince a client to sign up a 12 month SEO contract?
The best way to work around something like this is to map out the long-term strategy in phases. Build out a brief project map that outlines what they will receive within the 1-3 month period, the 4-7 month and the 8-12 month period. Set micro objectives for each period and this will give the client a bit more confidence in the short-term plans as well as the long. The key thing to remember here is that the client will often be worried about being tied into a contract that doesn't deliver results. As a result, you need to show why you need the time that you do. One thing that I often throw in is an extra incentive for longer contract lengths - for example, an extra PR/content campaign or some paid advertising extras. Try to assure them of some shorter term results that you can obtain as 'quick wins' and build their confidence this way - the major targets will always be longer term but if you can demonstrate that there will be progress between then they will be a lot more receptive.MH

How Google can index/reindex my page as quickest as possible, as and where there is some change happen in the content?
Hi, Your site is a Q&A so I presume that every time someone create a new Question it will generate a unique URL for that. Indepentend if you have or not an answer you want Google to crawl and index your site as quick as possible to start to analyzing the new page and bring traffic to it. The best way to expedite this "re-crawling" is to use a ping service that you can trigger after your user answer the question. PS: If you site is updated frequently you shouldn't have a problem with crawling, because Google usually identify this type of website really quick. Drop me a call is free for this week. Best,YM

What's the best way to manage over 200 domain names? I want to get a landing page set up on each.
I have been managing multiple domains/sites for my clients since a few years now and I think the easiest and best way to do it in your case would be setting up simple WordPress sites on each one of them and managing them with something like ManageWP(https://managewp.com/) . If they're niche domains, you can monetize them through ads or use them as affiliate sites. Selling them can also be also an option. If you can get the sites to look fairly nice and if they are niche domains, you can sell them on sites like Flippa(https://flippa.com/) . Overall, you have many options. I'd be glad to help you in detail through a call if you want.AT
