This is really way too vague to provide a helpful answer. I'd suggest you resubmit the question and describe (in general terms) what you're trying to sell and to whom.

The best sales process is the one that will get you up to speed the quickest so that your sales career or your company will survive. If that's means cold calls in person do it, if that means telemarketing do it. The easiest way to figure what's the best sales method to follow is who is your top competitor, then look at their top sales people and copy them and hire them if your starting a company.
