There are 100s of companies targeting the exact same market with a very similar product. Do you have a very different offering? Do you compete on anything other then price?
I suggest picking a niche other then startups. Pick a market that is less well served and has larger budgets.
Hi! I reviewed your site and first of all, it's a great idea, I could use your services myself! To give you a few pointers, you may want to start thinking about what your target audience is doing? Are they sitting in front of the screen? Looking at startup marketplaces (f6s, angel, gust, etc)? Are they attending startup meetups and conferences? All of these are potential lead channels for you. Attend a startup event and talk up to few people, offer them discounts on your services, word of mouth is the best seller. Every business is unique and so is the marketing strategy. I believe your sales funnel will suffer from a lower conversion rate due to your current domain name. A rebrand or upgrade should save you money in the long run and help you gain traction here and now.
Sorry for the negative remarks. I don't bash domains simply to gain clients. The domain is an important component in your funnel, and this one really is a bit off-putting (while a person looks at it) as well as forgettable (once they look away). Replacing Appflashexplainervideos.com is a move toward greater efficency.

Your strategy begins with the end user in mind. It is critical that you clearly define the avatar, so that you are developing a strategy to match their felt needs.
You can have the best funnel in the world, but if it is not created around the end user, it will woefully under perform.

From the looks of your site there is no clear call to action. The form on the bottom of your home page is too broad in my humble opinion. But most importantly there's nothing on your site that speaks to the target market you're going after, startups.

First step is to create a problem only you can solve. This will create the hook and buying power. What makes you different? Why should they buy from you? What problem are you solving?
2nd, condition people to receive this problem as their own. Once they are convinced they have this problem, they will seek your solution. Condition the market through blogging, media, live video, speaking, content marketing, podcasts, etc.
3rd step is to market the problem, not the solution. Keep the problem in front of everyone, then deliver results. People buy results. So deliver value that gets results.
