I have 12 years digital product experience, with over 40 product launches consisting of both failures and awards! I have worked in large global enterprises and alongside embryonic startups, and have seen pitfalls enough times to spot them quickly followed by remediation with tried and tested techniques. Whilst Product Management requires a handle on all aspects of the business, it also requires an unwavering focus on the product itself.
Having spent over a decade managing digital products for huge organisations, my experience is broad. Yet my focus and passion is the application of the Lean Startup methodology at enterprise scale. The mammoths must learn to compete with the startups, and the only effective way is to behave more like them.
I mentor startups during immersion weekends, accelerator programmes and on-site engagements. I use the rules form the framework and also my experiences to tailor advice to the situation you are in. Lean Startup works every time, you just need to know how, when and why.
