I have honed a strategic approach to productivity that informs and shapes all I do. It is simple and easy to use and manage, and it shows you the difference between time well spent versus where you spend most of your time.

Entering the Federal Marketplace

The nation's capital is a unique market to understand and in which to do business. Lobbying is exploding: some 100,000 unregistered lobbyists are working to shape legislation for their clients. The past few years show how critical Washington is to the direction of the national and global economy. I'm happy to offer insights on how to engage this market, perhaps in launching a new office or a new product/solution for the Federal government.

Data-Driven Decision Process Development

I have developed some techniques that I've found useful for real-time and not-so-real time operational environments. I've spent a lot of time optimizing how to interaction with data (high velocity and adaptability), the human cognition process (slower to change), and organizational decision-making (much slower and more resistant to change). There is no exact formula, but there are some core components I'm happy to share when trying to increase your influence and get important stuff done while playing nice with others.

Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurship

I've been alternating between startups and larger organizations for 15 years, and I've learned how to do entrepreneurial things inside organizations that may take a little longer to achieve, but that have the possibility to create new solutions, alliances, and markets with some scale that a startup cannot achieve in much longer time frames.
