Since then she has been successful in numerous start ups and a wide range of industries such as manufacturing, IT, engineering, media and gaming. Donna was part of the Executive Team that established Casino New Brunswick (Casino, Hotel and Entertainment Centre) in Moncton. Donna is a member of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick and is a Director on the Board of the Moncton Chapter. She has been an active committee member over the years with the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce and participates in various fundraising activities in the area.
