We hired Gabino to help us assess and improve our software development methodologies at Truveris. Gabino was engaged with us for several months. During that time he provided an end to end assessment of our current practices including some of the challenges and specific needs of our organization and team. He help form us establish a non-disruptive plan to implement aspects of Agile development methodologies and then worked with my product development and engineering staff as a coach over a three month period to help facilitate the execution while providing me out of band feedback on the progress and challenges.
