I have a Master's Degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resources and am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration - Advanced Studies in Human Resource Management. I worked as an HR specialist for the past 4 years and discovered the passion to help people and companies succeed in the market. This hobby started by helping my friends get their first job. I realized that I was able to make a very positive impact and I felt gratified, so I started to take it more seriously.
