Mark Christian has earned 20+ years experience in oilfield manufacturing and field services in North America, Europe, and North Africa.
After developing a well-rounded oilfield service background in well servicing, completion (frac), production services, and water management and disposal, Mark was promoted to his first executive role in 2003. His senior management roles took him to North Africa and the Middle East, in addition to Europe and the U.S., and provided a global scope to his experience.
In 2014, Mark formed a consulting firm that provides:
1) Market research and intelligence, due diligence, and business advisory services to institutional investors.
2) Operations and sales optimization for oilfield manufacturers, service companies, and industrial contractors.
3) Business development for aerospace, oil & gas, and high-tech contract manufacturers that produce products for the U.S. and abroad.
From 2013 - 2014, Mark served as the Mid-Continent Regional Manager for Nuverra Environmental Solutions, a national water management company that serves the drilling and completion market with water supply, transport, storage, recycling, and wastewater disposal services.
From 2011 - 2013, Mark led North American Business Development for Merla Wellhead Solutions, an oilfield manufacturer that serves the production sector with severe service flow control equipment, actuators, and wireless automation for gas lift operations, the secondary recovery waterflood market, and enhanced oil recovery (EOR) market.
From 2003 - 2011, Mark lived in Tripoli, Libya where he served as V.P. of Operations for an international well service contractor that provides energy services and technical consultants to the Libyan market. In 2006, Mark introduced the first vacuum truck service and polypipe H2O transfer systems to the Sahara Desert. He negotiated over $400 million dollars in oilfield service contracts with the Libyan National Oil Company and their EPSA partners.
Mark attended Westminster College where he majored in political science and international studies, and served as President of the student government association. His professional interests include H2O recycling technologies and advances in remote connectivity and digital technology. Mark resides in Oklahoma with his wife and 3 children.
