Responsible for creating and maintaining detailed payroll procedures.
Onboard new hires through ICIMs including creating new email address,
WellSky credentials, Relias credentials and send a welcome email when
scheduling orientation.
Create and maintain personnel files for agencies in assigned coverage area
Send weekly compliance reporting to agencies with information on
competencies to keep all items up to date.
Complete off-boarding including sending correct term packet on behalf of the
agency.

Ability to audit payroll completed by others to identify any mistakes before

Ability to work well with others and demonstrate “At Your Service” customer
service to assigned agencies.
