I’m Sales and Transformation Director with more than 20 years in FMCG, PepsiCo company. I have versatile experience working in different categories with local and global brands in Emerging markets, leading sales teams up to 450 people with annual Net revenue up to 350 million dollars.
I had privilege to manage customers development teams for International customers (Metro, Auchan, McDonalds) in Ukraine and Russia.
I proud that I and my team impacted sales and share growth for such amazing brands like Pepsi, Lay’s, Agusha and others.
Currently I’m Sales Transformation Director having responsibility for building more effective GTM models, sales and distribution cost optimization in PepsiCo Europe based in Barcelona, Spain.
I have three daughters 17, 12 and 6 years old.
