Sébastien was IP Systems Managers at LDCOM when we worked together a few years back. He was responsible for VAS Plateforms and system engineering. For marketing needs he developped and drive development of full ISP Plateforms that was used under heavy wholesales conditions, i.e. mutliple operators. When he left LDCOM/Neuf to start his own company, I had the conviction that any technical issues would be adressed properly. Sébastien is the type of professional that really embrace technical issues. We have kept a strong working reationship and often share opinions and questions regarding telecomunications services. I have no doubt we will come to work together again in the future, and would be happy too.
I hired Sébastien in 2001 when I was IP business unit Director at LDCom. Sébastien was in charge of developing all softwares needed for LDCom in order to become an ISP. Sébastien proved his value quickly and was promoted to manager of the software team. With his team, Sébastien developed softwares enabling LDCom to be a Virtual ISP and then onwards, to sell whatever an ISP needs. LDCom started buying most of their clients/competitors and soared. Here again, Sébastien played a key role. He integrated the different networks and ensured a smooth software transition. On top of that Sébastien is very reliable, always meeting or exceeding his targets. Sébastien has demonstrated strategy capabilities and he is now a successful business manager.
