Answers
This is my kind of question!
First off, let me tell you that you have a very well built website and the content and context is very good (I speak Spanish)
My name is Humberto Valle, MBA Competitive Strategist - I'm an experienced web developer, programmer, and inbound growth strategist and have been helping small businesses generate more sales online for the past 8 years with the help of my team at www.Unthink.me. I have created many e-commerce website for many different product ranging from cosmetics to services, to crotchless shorts.
It looks like right now you use your website to generate interest and drive traffic to the stores in person and there is nothing wrong with that. Your SEO is really good which means you are probably doing a good job in driving traffic in person. - there are still some issues with the overall SEO but you have done an amazing job. Your product like any other can be sold online through an e-commerce model but if you are looking to sell internationally you may be limited to the items that you can sell to individuals. You may be limited to accessories and parts only but have no limit on local markets there in Colombia.
You mentioned wanting to change your vision to what exactly?
If you need help increasing the SEO so that more people find you, and creating the right funnels to increase your sales or helping you incorporate e-commerce solutions please don't hesitate to contact me.
The best way to answer this question is by looking into what your current market needs. Find a product to solve their challenges.
Stepping into ecom can be difficult but it is very doable. I personally have 3 startups that run strictly off of ecom and would love to help you with finding trends and bringing your products to the ecommerce world! Thanks and have a great day!

As a web/mobile design/development/marketing agency, how can I differentiate myself from the countless competition?
In order to even attempt to answer your question and a person would need a deep understanding of your business, the services/products offered, your business model, and maybe most importantly your market. And in my opinion discovering a powerful and effective USP can be one of the most valuable assets a business can have... No offense intended - But hoping to get the answer from people who don't have the required relevant information AND getting it for free is a bit of a stretch. I'd highly recommend you find an expert here on Clarity (there are several that are more than qualified) and invest some money and time working with them to help you with this. That call could be the best investment you make this year. Best of luck!DB

What can I change to affect user experience and increase conversion?
There is no clear call to action on the site. What do you want a visitor to do? What's the primary goal, the secondary goal, etc. Additionally there is no value proposition. Yes you have reviews but so what. If I am the ideal customer why should I do x goal? These 2 elements will have the biggest impact on conversion, not color or anything else.BH

What learning path do I have to take to become a "full-stack" web developer?
If I was just starting out, I'd consider learning Meteor (https://www.meteor.com/). It's just entered version 1.0 and after working with it for a little less than a year I do have some issues with it but it still makes for a very solid framework that gets you up and running very fast. You would only need to learn Javascript, and you can slowly work your way towards nodejs from there (which Meteor is based on) if you want to, or you could get the basics down and focus on learning design if you prefer.KD

What is the best way to find a high quality UX designer?
The way I higher anyone is to find people who already do amazing work, approach them for advice on my projects, see if their a fit for our team and skills - then over time (as I work on a project with them) convince them that our company is the best opportunity they have. So, back to your questions - where do I find high quality UX designers? We'll, here's a few places I look: - www.dribbble.com - http://www.behance.net/ - http://www.deviantart.com/ - http://carbonmade.com/ I also like searching on Twitter for bio's with UX design and high influence score, or follower count Ex: https://followerwonk.com/bio/?q=UX%20designer&s=social_authority If you follow this approach for sourcing great candidates, and my recommendation above re: get advice/start a conversation - then work on a simple project first to see if there's a fit, you should find some success. It takes time, but the right person can 10x your growth .. so slow down and do it right. P.S. I also did this once, and ended up higher 2 AMAZING guys! http://www.danmartell.com/why-i-would-pay-100000-for-an-amazing-ui-designer/DM
