Career has progressed from product development engineer to CxO and board level. Background includes senior level management and CEO experience with both private and public companies. David has managed operations in Asia, Europe and the US including responsibility for a 600-employee flat-panel LCD module manufacturing plant in China and a UK public company focused on the embedded computing, real-time passenger information display and digital signage markets. He has been a board member for a number of companies in the US, UK, Japan and Taiwan and brings experience in Global P&L management, corporate development, strategic planning, operations, marketing, sales, and product development. MBA from Yale University and a BSc. in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Bath in England.

Brooke Knight, Managing Director of Proforma IT, and Ops Ninja of Mixed Media Fusion, offers over 15 years of experience in full life-cycle corporate recruitment, staffing, departmental budgets, technology and strategic planning consultancy within a variety of industries. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for providing beneficial solutions to the challenges faced by companies in competitive marketplaces, Brooke has consulted and recruited for corporations of all sizes, in almost every possible sector: Fortune 100 financial firms seeking executives, analysts and sales staff; government agencies and federal prime contracting firms requiring programmers with top-secret clearances; start-ups and newly established divisions within manufacturing seeking operations, staffing and new product development; and, technology companies seeking developers, programmers QA test automation experts, and operations management. A veteran of the U.S. Navy, she has completed additional studies with the United States Navy School of Music where she graduated with honors. Brooke is an accomplished musician, and has toured throughout the US as a vocalist, guitarist and keyboardist for various groups and the US Navy. Brooke volunteers often, and dedicates her spare time and resources to the Wounded Warriors, World Vision and local food banks.
