Pierre is the Co-founder and Director of RevUp a hotel management consulting company specializing in revenue management and distribution.
RevUp has a proven track record of delivering exceptional financial results, market share gains and process improvements in hotels and resorts across Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America and Oceania.
Prior to RevUp, Pierre was the Vice President Commercial Services for Travelodge Hotels Asia. In his role, he oversaw Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Revenue Management.
He was previously the Regional Director of Revenue Management at Starwood Hotels and Resorts, where he has successfully led the region to achieve unprecedented gain in market share.
He also has a proven record of coaching and contributing to Starwood Hotels and Resorts people pipeline in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Throughout his career, he has worked in eight different countries across Europe, Oceania and Asia; he is fluent in four languages.
Pierre is an avid reader and a passionate scuba diver.
