Pedro asked for background 2 different times before the call started, to make sure he understood my needs. He then gave me a short recap of my situation and asked more questions. After he had the info he needed he started sharing advice. Very candid, very casually, I also enjoyed his demeanor and humor. When studying at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Pedro took one of my classes. Pedro and I worked together in the Data Centre Technologies& Operations (DCT&O) team, part of Accenture Technology Consulting group (Systems Integration& Technology division). He was developing his Master’s dissertation on the topic “The Value of ITIL”, proposed by the DCT&O group.

Pedro demonstrated to be dedicated and interested, with a strong focus on developing accurate, deep knowledge on the subject matter, while balancing levels of detail and available time.
