Pedro asked for background 2 different times before the call started, to make sure he understood my needs. He then gave me a short recap of my situation and asked more questions. After he had the info he needed he started sharing advice. Very candid, very casually, I also enjoyed his demeanor and humor. When studying at Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands, Pedro took one of my classes. Pedro and I worked together in the Data Centre Technologies& Operations (DCT&O) team, part of Accenture Technology Consulting group (Systems Integration& Technology division). He was developing his Master’s dissertation on the topic “The Value of ITIL”, proposed by the DCT&O group.

Pedro demonstrated to be dedicated and interested, with a strong focus on developing accurate, deep knowledge on the subject matter, while balancing levels of detail and available time. His analytical skills, together with his strong academic background in Information Technology, allowed him to develop a sound, thorough, practical, and meaningful work.
