I worked with Paul for over four years at LiveProcess. I reported directly to Paul during the majority of that time. One of the things that really set LiveProcess apart was the effectiveness of Leadership. Paul was in my opinion one of, if not THE best Senior Leaders at LiveProcess.

Paul took the time to teach me many aspects of the business. I was often called upon to perform tasks outside my job description. It exposed me to areas of the business that I might not otherwise have learned about.
In addition, Paul set very well defined goals for me every year. He identified areas of weakness that we worked on strengthening. He was a very hands on VP who took the time to mentor myself and others, and he lead us to success. Ultimately, that is the hallmark of an effective leader.
